Globus Maritime Limited is a holding company originally incorporated in Jersey on July 26, 2006 pursuant to the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), and redomiciled into the Marshall Islands on November 24, 2010 pursuant to the Marshall Islands Business Corporations Act.
We conduct our operations through our wholly owned subsidiary, Globus Shipmanagement Corp., which maintains its principal place of business at 128 Vouliagmenis Avenue, Glyfada 166 74, in Greece. The telephone number at this address is + 30 210 960 8300.
