Globus Maritime Limited is an international provider of marine dry bulk shipping services through the ownership and operation of dry bulk vessels that transport various cargoes such as Iron Ore, Coal, Grains, Steel Products, and other dry bulk commodities worldwide.

The Company is incorporated in the Marshall Islands with executive offices in Glyfada, Attica Greece. The Company’s common shares trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “GLBS”.


Globus currently owns

a fleet of seven modern drybulk carriers,

consisting of one Panamax, four Kamsarmax, one Supramax and one Ultramax vessels with a weighted average age of approximately 10 years as of January 25, 2024, and a total carrying capacity of 517,745 DWT.


The Company has also under construction four ULTRAMAX 64.000 DWT super modern fuel efficient Dry bulk vessels scheduled to be delivered in 2024 and 2026 respectively.

Upon completion the fleet will consist of 11 vessels (one Panamax, four Kamsarmax, one Supramax and five Ultramax), with an aggregate cargo carrying capacity of 773,745 dwt.


Our fleet operates worldwide focusing on safely transporting cargoes for our first-class customers.

Our operations are managed by our wholly owned subsidiary, Globus Shipmanagement Corp., and by our in-house commercial and technical management team.
